The Made in Montana Program is pleased to announce that, once again, the City of Great Falls is taking the lead role in sponsoring the 2008 Made in Montana Trade Show. Show dates are set for Feb. 29 & March 1, 2008 at the Great Falls Civic Center Mansfield Convention Center.

Have you wanted to participate in a local, regional or national trade show, but don't have the time or resources to find the right trade show?
The Made in Montana Program offers research assistance to program participants who may be interested in attending national trade shows. The program has access to resources to locate nationwide trade show information by product, geographical location and chronologically, by date. The information gathered can include contact information, number of exhibitors and attendees, booth size and fees, and rules and regulations of the show.
This service allows Made in Montana Program participants to do what they do best; produce high quality products, while research assistance is being provided for future expansion of their businesses.
If you feel you are ready to reach beyond local craft shows, establish wholesale accounts or expand your wholesale accounts outside Montana's borders, you are encouraged to contact our office to provide this assistance to you.

The Billings Market Association
Founded in 1942. Membership consists of over 350 sales reps of wholesale companies manufacturing everything from men's, women's, and children's clothing to gifts, food, jewelry, home accessories, western, tack, recreational goods, & packaging materials. Markets are held in February, April, August, & October each year.

Are you considering selling products to foreign countries?
The Made in Montana Program is housed within the Trade & International Relations Bureau and can refer you to an International Trade Officer in our Bureau who can assist you with questions you may have regarding exporting. If you are a program participant who feels exporting may be in your future, you are encouraged to contact our office for assistance or take advantage of the no-cost, statewide export workshops offered by the Bureau.
